Refund policy
At Cozy Woven, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer returns for eligible items under the terms below.
Returns
You may request a return within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In its original condition
- Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of use
- Returned in its original packaging, where applicable
Please contact us before sending an item back. Return instructions will be provided once your return request is approved.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer need it, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can review the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, Cozy Woven will provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted for items that have been used, washed, stained, damaged, altered, or otherwise are not in their original resalable condition.
Cushion Covers & Pillow Fillings
Please review each product listing carefully before purchasing.
Our decorative cushion covers are sold without pillow filling unless specifically stated otherwise.
A cushion cover purchased without filling does not include a pillow insert or filling.
Exchanges
We currently handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before returning an item if you would like to request an exchange.
